01The Brief
A lounge whose architecture already worked. It needed comfort, calm and a collection of art able to hold its own walls.

02The Design Response
With the structure kept as it was, the room changed through what went into it. Bouclé armchairs and a curved sofa set a soft, pale base, so the art can lead: a large painted canvas, framed drawings in black and white, and a brass pendant suspended in the corner.
Teal and green velvet cushions, a sculptural lamp and a carved timber table add depth and warmth without crowding the room.
