01About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website and to inquiries made through it. The website is operated by Maison M, Pakistan.

They do not replace the agreement for a project or an order. The scope, fee, schedule and payment terms for every project and every order are confirmed with you in writing before any work begins, and that written agreement takes precedence.

02Our services

The services described on this website, interior and spatial design, turnkey projects, bespoke furniture and objects, and art and lighting curation, together with procurement and styling, are offered according to an agreed scope. Our involvement varies by service; design-only and overseas projects may conclude with design documentation and guidance rather than an on-site handover.

03Prices and quotations

Prices are not published on this website. Every project and every piece from Maison M Objects is priced on request, according to its scope, specification and destination. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell at a particular price.

A quotation is valid for the period stated on it.

04Inquiries and orders

Adding a piece to your objects inquiry, or sending us an inquiry, does not place an order. An order is confirmed only when we have agreed the specification with you in writing and the agreed payment has been received.

Selections, budget and agreed payments are confirmed before the relevant work, production or procurement begins.

05Made-to-order pieces

Images of Maison M Objects are illustrative renders. Dimensions, materials and finishes are confirmed in writing for each order.

Natural materials vary, and colours can look different on screen and in different light, so each piece may differ slightly from its image. We will share samples or details where they help you decide.

06Payments

Payment terms, including any advance, are set out in your quotation or agreement.

07Design and copyright

The designs, drawings, photographs, text, logo and other content on this website belong to Maison M or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written consent.

Designs and drawings prepared for a project remain the work of Maison M unless your agreement says otherwise.

08Information you share with us

When you send us photographs, plans or other material, you confirm that you have the right to share it with us for your project.

09Links to other websites

This website links to services such as WhatsApp and Instagram. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services.

10Our responsibility

We take care to keep the information on this website accurate, but it is a general introduction to our work and may change. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot be limited by law.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
